About the role
We are seeking an experienced Admin Account Assistant to join our Sungai Petani, Kedah office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining and reconciling various accounting records and ledgers
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Performing data entry and file management duties
- Providing general administrative support & QC documents to the finance team
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies
