Process Development Tech / Sr Tech / Associate Engineer

What we expect

  • Able to set up and operate conversion machines. Examples include ASM, Datacon (Die Bond & Wire Bond), Sawing, Casting, Molding, Testing, etc.
  • Collaborate with Process engineers on process development activities.

Who we are looking for

  • Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • More than 2 years of working experience in engineering or semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Support and assist R&D activities such as sample building and Engineering EVA.
  • Able to set up and perform conversions to run R&D sample builds.
  • Basic technical knowledge in electronics and semiconductors.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
