Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Senior Accounts Executive with daily accounting tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and documentation.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, official receipts, invoices, and other accounting-related documents.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate recording and tracking of all payments.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger accurately and promptly.
  • Support timely month-end closing activities for management reporting purposes.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient filing system to comply with audit and statutory requirements.
  • Assist with other ad hoc finance and accounting duties as needed.
  • Process employee expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly inter-company billing documentation.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience are also welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
