Your Role : Customer Engagement

Build strong relationships with members, provide top-notch service, and make every visit an awesome experience.

Front Desk Operations

Take charge of an 8-hour shift — handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and membership sign-ups like a pro.

Facility Maintenance

Keep the gym looking clean, organized, and safe — re-rack equipment and ensure our space reflects our high standards.

Sales Performance

Collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets. Your energy and proactive attitude will inspire others.

Inventory Support

Help manage and restock fitness essentials like protein supplements and healthy meal packs.

Event Support

Assist in planning and running exciting gym events — creating memorable moments for members and prospects alike.

Who We're Looking For :

• Preferably 2-3year of gym sales experience
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• A cheerful, confident communicator who loves helping people
• Passionate about fitness and customer service
• Basic computer skills – the rest, we'll train you
