Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to promote IT training services.
- Identify and approach new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored training solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Issue invoices to clients and manage payment processes.
- Obtain signatures on contracts and ensure proper documentation.
- Facilitate smooth communication with clients through documents and email correspondence.
- Other tasks assigned as and when required.
- Contribution in sales and marketing activities (event, marketing ideas, sales initiative)
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop or seminar
- Maintain existing corporate accounts and develop new business opportunities in the targeted market and convert prospect into sales
- Responsible for key accounts management, handling customer requirements and work with related support teams
