Assistant Manager - Assembly Engineering

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in engineering or any equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing Engineering leadership role is required for this position. Experienced in Assembly Process Design, Assembly Process Control, Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement. Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor area. Job Responsibilities

Oversee department functions and lead a team of Engineers & Technicians. Responsible to drive all engineering activities including process design, productivity Improvement, line layouts, product engineering, ECN management and materials compliance. Evaluate, develop and maintain work processes, procedures and operating systems for the department and the manufacture of existing products. Provide management support, resource planning & motivational support to the team.
