Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the business development and production teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting, material planning, production output, meeting customer delivery targets, and order specifications
- Facilitate efficient communication among internal departments (logistics, R&D, production, etc.) to address related issues on new product introductions, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Optimize inventory levels and processes to minimize the impact on production and ensure timely shipment arrangements
- Assist the business development team with customer inquiries and scenario analysis
- Work on continuous improvement for the end-to-end order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
Diploma, Degree, or Master\'s in Business Administration, Operations Management, Technology Management, or equivalent
