Supervisor is accountable for achieving assigned team sales targets and conducting supervisory duties that involve the coordination of activities to ensure that operational demands are catered for.

Oversees daily store operations and leads merchandising activities to optimize sales performance.

Supervisor is expected to deal with multiple parties in the workplace, such as colleagues and external customers, as part of managing in-store operations.

Supervisor is friendly, sociable and possesses strong persuasion abilities, is able to multi-task, and is capable of interacting well with customers.

Essential Requirement

At least 3 years relevant experience in supervisory role
Experience in fashion retail industry preferred
Good communication skills with the ability to speak several languages will be an advantage
Strong passion to provide excellent customer service to customers
Proactive, energetic and team player
