Shop Assistant / Cashier (Seri Kembangan)

The Shop Assistant will be responsible for assisting the retail store manager with working the floor, managing inventory, and providing customer service. The position requires physical fitness, excellent stamina, good interpersonal skills, and strong team spirit.

The Cashier will be responsible for assisting in receiving payments, issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash and card transactions. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Shop Assistant, you will :

• Receive, unpack, and arrange new stocks delivered
• Label and arrange goods on the display shelves
• Assist customers in finding the products they're looking for
• Address customers' complaints and inquiries
• Be sharp, precise, and careful in handling the job
• Be hardworking and positive in all instructions given
• Be responsible for retail selling
