About the role :

Join our dynamic Human Resources team where you'll play a dual role in Talent Acquisition and Admin Services. This is a great opportunity to gain broad HR exposure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment._ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply._

Key Responsibility : Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate recruitment drives, manpower planning, and job postings
  • Handle intern programs and university partnerships
  • Maintain reports and ensure compliance with statutory recruitment documentation

    • Admin Services

  • Oversee staff amenities, plant facilities, and reception operations
  • Manage cafeteria policy, company vehicle scheduling, and utilities
  • Support uniform distribution, staff gifts, and hostel management

    • Qualifications / Work Experiences :

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Fresh grads welcome — we'll guide you
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysian Labor Laws is a plus
  • Strong and firm communication skills in English & Malay
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and independent.
