Job Summary

Analyze the organization's systems and processes, ensuring business models align effectively with technology.
Specialize in Mainframe-based Cardlink systems, focusing on authorization and fraud modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, deliver, and enhance robust card system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead system analysis, design, and enhancements for Cardlink authorization and fraud modules.

Develop and maintain applications using Mainframe technologies - Cobol, CICS, Easytrieve, and JCL on Mainframe ZOS.

Utilize VSAM and sequential datasets for data storage and processing.

Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and prepare functional and technical specifications.

Collaborate with QA teams to support testing phases and manage defect resolution.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to authorization and fraud functionalities.

Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards in solution design.

Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for timely delivery of system changes.

Requirements

6 9 years of experience as a System Analyst within the Cards domain.

Strong technical expertise in Mainframe Cobol, CICS, Easytrieve, and JCL.

Proficiency in VSAM and sequential datasets.

Mandatory hands-on experience with the Cardlink platform.

Deep understanding of card authorization and fraud detection processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business users, IT teams, and vendors.
