Responsibilities

  • Define the product roadmap for HR technology platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy, process excellence, and user experience goals.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, user‑centric digital solutions in partnership with global process owners, IT, and regional stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and is responsible for product releases and enhancements in partnership with functional consultants, based on business value, user feedback, and system capabilities.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration between People & Culture, IT, vendors, and regional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of HR system capabilities.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and champion technology‑led transformation, driving innovation, simplification, and automation across the HR ecosystem.
  • Monitor product performance and user experience, using data and feedback to inform continuous improvement and future releases.
  • Manage vendor relationships and system lifecycle, ensuring platforms remain fit‑for‑purpose, secure, and compliant.
  • Serve as the voice of the business in system design and delivery, ensuring technology solutions meet operational needs and strategic priorities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has at least 10+ years in product governance / ownership under OPEX function or in similar global roles
  • Possess a deep understanding of various HR technology platforms, especially SAP and case management tools.
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, especially at senior leadership levels.
  • Strong focus on user experience (UX / CX), usability, and adoption across diverse employee and manager populations.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence cross‑functional teams, including IT, HR, vendors, and regional / global leaders.
  • Skilled in using data and feedback to inform product decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to support change management efforts through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in managing external technology partners and overseeing platform lifecycle, upgrades, and releases.
