Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls, live chat and emails.
  • Provide effective solutions for customer issues.
  • Follow up and respond back to users in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KL Sentral
  • Preferable Call Center / BPO working experience.
