Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Agent located in Petaling Jaya. The Property Agent will handle property rental and sales activities, provide excellent customer service, manage client communications, and support the overall sales process. Responsibilities also include conducting property viewings, preparing documentation, and assisting clients throughout their rental or purchase journey.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential tenants and buyers.
• Negotiate and close rental or sales deals while ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Conduct market research to analyze property prices and trends.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Assist in creating marketing strategies and promotional materials for property listings.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries promptly.
• Manage administrative tasks related to property sales and rentals.
• Undertake any other tasks required by the employer.
