Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Developer cum Scrum Master to lead our development team and drive agile practices. This role combines technical leadership with agile project management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of scalable web applications using React and Node.js
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile best practices
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment
- Ensure code quality through reviews and testing
