Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads in Hong Kong and surrounding regions
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach to generate interest in company products / services
- Perform canvassing & telemarketing & various channels to generate new business leads
- Assist to upsell existing products related to HR payroll software
- Set up appointments or passing qualified leads to the sales team
- Support sales admin tasks & customer enquiries
- Manage sales records, issue finalise invoices, and compile monthly sales reports
- Act as a liaison between sales team and customers for quote / order clarification
