About the role

Bitcode Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions that drive our clients' success. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a team of passionate professionals.

What you'll be doing

Design and develop high-quality, scalable software applications using the latest programming languages and frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and scalability
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance your skills and contribute to the team\'s knowledge base
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients as needed

What we're looking for

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software development, preferably in a commercial or agency environment. (Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply)

Hands-on experience in Laravel (PHP) and Vue.js .

Proficiency in C# / .NET for Windows application development.

Familiarity with Raspberry Pi / IoT development (Node.js or Python is a plus).

Exposure to Flutter mobile app development is an advantage.

Experience in database management and integration, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to develop innovative solutions

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
