About the Job

Seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, with a focus on bookkeeping and small practice accounting.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities
• Providing support for the accounting and finance team as needed
