About the role Are you an experienced trainer with a passion for developing people? Join our dynamic team at Tech Up Sdn. Bhd. as a Trainer in our Shah Alam, Selangor office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programmes that support the continuous growth and development of our employees.
Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions (in-person and online).
Develop training modules, manuals, and engaging learning materials.
Assess training needs and tailor programs to participants’ skill levels.
Provide coaching, guidance, and technical support during and after training.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback and performance reviews.
Stay updated with the latest industry knowledge, tools, and training methodologies.
Collaborate with other departments to align training with company goals.
What we’re looking for
Diploma / Degree in Education, IT, Technology, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Trainer / Facilitator (fresh graduates with strong presentation skills are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
HRD Corp “Train-The-Trainer” certification will be an added advantage.
