Overview

We're looking for a creative and driven Corporate Marketing Executive to manage Alpro's Corporate B2B online platforms and social media channels. Your mission will be to attract new leads, elevate brand positioning, and support business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, brand storytelling, and digital engagement in a corporate healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and operational plans.

  • Analyze brand performance metrics and identify key areas for improvement to boost brand awareness and market share.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support positioning and strategic decisions.

Recommend and execute creative strategies to maintain or improve market leadership in the B2B healthcare space.

Content Development & Messaging

Create compelling and clear brand messaging tailored for B2B audiences.

  • Ensure messaging consistency across digital channels, presentations, corporate collaterals, and campaigns.
  • Perform regular market research to gain consumer insights and fine-tune communication strategies.
  • Build strong brand storytelling elements into content to reflect Alpro's values and credibility.

    Social Media & Digital Marketing

    Plan, schedule, and manage content across all relevant B2B social platforms, especially LinkedIn.

  • Launch and optimize digital campaigns including paid ads, promotions, webinars, and engagement initiatives.
  • Track social media performance and engagement metrics to measure ROI and campaign success.
  • Monitor evolving trends to refine content strategy and maintain digital competitiveness.

    Campaign Execution & Corporate Engagement

    Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, branding, wellness) to drive successful cross-functional marketing campaigns.

  • Provide end-to-end execution support for corporate events, workshops, and wellness-related brand activations.
  • Generate reports and insights to continuously improve lead generation and conversion through marketing activities.

  • Job Requirements

  • Education : Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience : At least 1 year in brand strategy, content creation, social media management, or digital campaign execution.
  • Proficiency :

    Solid grasp of social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Competent with content tools such as Canva, Capcut, or similar.
  • Familiar with ad platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and basic campaign analytics tools.

    Language : Excellent written English (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage).
