Senior Product Manager, Partnerships

Proactively elevate the platform through strategic partnerships with major players such as Meta and TikTok. Ideal candidates are strong communicators who blend relationship management, analytical thinking, and product expertise to advance partner-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Primary liaison between Respond.io and product partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and relationship growth.
- Analyze partner updates, programs, and opportunities; advise on strategic and technical relevance.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute partner‑driven product initiatives with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
- Own and manage end‑to‑end partnership projects, from planning and execution to reporting and iteration.
- Establish and improve collaboration and escalation frameworks for seamless partner communication.
- Escalate and resolve technical or user‑related issues with partners promptly.
- Support contract and agreement reviews to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance.
- Compile and present partner feedback, data insights, and performance metrics to inform strategy.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and partnership decks to communicate achievements and proposals.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to shape long‑term partnership strategy.
