You’ll play a key role in optimizing processes, preventing fraud, and delivering exceptional service that keeps Blueberry running like clockwork.

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Payments Specialist to handle transaction flows, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You’ll be managing deposit and withdrawal processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to continuous improvements in the way we move funds globally.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Process and monitor client deposits, withdrawals, and payments across multiple platforms
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring fast and accurate resolution of payment-related queries
- Partner with internal teams (Treasury, Tech, Customer Experience) to optimize payment workflows
- Maintain compliance with payment regulations and privacy standards
- Provide insights and reports on payment trends and PSP performance
- Support fraud prevention and transaction monitoring initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the Payments function
- Meet daily and monthly KPIs related to processing times, accuracy, and client satisfaction
