We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist (focused on sourcing) who is available immediately to join us, and work onsite with our client on a 4-month contract (potential for extension). This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates across multiple departments.

You will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging qualified candidates, ensuring the best talent is brought onboard. This position provides a chance to make a meaningful impact by helping build strong, diverse teams within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

What you'll do : What you'll do

• Utilise various sourcing methods to identify a diverse pool of qualified candidates for multiple open roles.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of passive candidates, proactively engaging with potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
