Overview

Support the Branch Manager in expanding business profitability through the Agency channel. Manage the Agency, RHB Group and Direct business portfolio to maximize productivity. Work with underwriters to accept new risks within the limits set by Head Office. Deliver survey and risk‑management programs for Banca Retail clients. Expand market share, increase Agency force and identify market opportunities to develop structural marketing strategies. Review the product portfolio and monitor Credit Control policy while ensuring regulatory guidelines and company policy are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Branch Manager in formulating and implementing the marketing strategy to maximize business potentials through the Agency channel.
Enhance the Agency Recruitment Programme.
Organise Relationship Enhancement activities.
Segmentation of the Agency portfolio.
Review the product portfolio.
Monitor Credit Control policy.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policy.

Requirements

Relevant professional qualification in insurance and / or a degree in any discipline.

Working experience in the Insurance industry.

Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the insurance industry.

Proven track record of delivering profitability and sales targets.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.

Able to function independently in achieving or exceeding assigned KPIs.
