- Recruit potential voice agencies & anchors through online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with agencies and anchors, supporting the "Voice+" ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to promote apps, events, and user growth.
- Conduct offline meetings with agencies and anchors to gather feedback and strengthen cooperation.
- Assist in training, guiding, and daily management of agencies.
