Requirements : Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field (Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred).
- Prior sales experience is an advantage — especially in solar, construction, or related industries.
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Outspoken, confident, and skilled at building rapport quickly.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours (including weekends, when required).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
- Available working locations : Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Masai, Johor and Kuching, Sarawak.
Scopes : Responsibility
Proactively identify and engage potential customers — homeowners, businesses, and property managers.Conduct on-site or virtual consultations to explain solar system solutions, benefits, and potential savings.Prepare quotations and proposals with support from the technical team.Follow up on leads and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Attend site visits, exhibitions, and events to promote solar awareness and company services.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Report sales activities, feedback, and market insights to management regularly.Benefits
