Role

  • Reporting to : Country Lead
  • Location : Selangor
  • Team size : 6
  • Strategic Planning & Market Analysis : Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, including market research, competitor analysis, and defining / tracking KPIs.
  • Go-to-Market & Brand Management : Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, overseeing branding across digital channels, marketing materials, and publications.
  • Stakeholder Relations & Campaign Execution : Build relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., healthcare providers, KOLs), represent the company at industry events, and plan, manage, and optimize all promotional campaigns and content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years experience in the diagnostic industry.
  • Strong understanding of oncology, including customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
