About The Role The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales funnel generation for both Malaysia and Singapore. This role requires strong expertise in market analysis, competitor research, and the ability to craft and implement impactful online and onsite marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, market demands, and growth opportunities
Analyze competitors’ strategies, strengths, and weaknesses to provide actionable insights for competitive positioning
Prepare regular reports and updates on market developments and competitive landscapes
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals to maximize market share and customer engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of marketing initiatives
Design and implement online and onsite marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales funnel growth
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
Plan and oversee onsite events (e.g., trade shows, product launches, workshops) to engage potential customers
Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs and ROI analysis
Develop strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads into sales opportunities
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives and enhance lead generation processes
Oversee the creation of marketing content (e.g., digital ads, blogs, presentations, brochures) that aligns with the brand voice
Ensure consistency of branding across all channels, including online platforms, events, and customer communications
Use analytics tools to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and drive data-backed decision-making
Provide strategic recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in marketing, including strategy development, campaign execution, and market research
Proven track record of managing successful online and onsite marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed market and competitor analysis
Expertise in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns)
Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation strategies
Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns
Strong communication and presentation skills
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
Ability to balance creative vision with practical implementation
Results-oriented with a focus on sales funnel growth and ROI
Collaborative mindset and strong leadership abilities
Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
