The role of Finance Director requires a strategic thinker with strong expertise in finance to manage and optimise financial operations. This position in the industrial / manufacturing sector is based in Shenzhen and offers the chance to make a significant impact.

Description

  • Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide leadership to the accounting and finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage cash flow and financial planning to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive cost-saving initiatives and business growth.
  • Monitor and improve internal financial controls and processes.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.

Profile

A successful Finance Director should have :

  • Strong academic qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in financial management within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
