Responsibilities

• Install mechanical and digital locks on doors, gates, cabinets, and safes at customer premises.
• Mount, align, and secure locking mechanisms properly to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Ensure wiring, configuration, and testing of digital locks are completed according to manufacturer\'s standards.
• Attend scheduled customer site visits at residential, commercial, or industrial locations and explain installation procedures and aftercare instructions.
• Provide basic product training to customers (e.g., how to use or reset the digital lock) and troubleshoot common issues during installation (e.g., door alignment, battery issues, Wi-Fi connectivity).
• Inspect job sites before installations when required; ensure all necessary tools, parts, and products are prepared before dispatch.
• Perform maintenance or repair work on existing lock systems and assist in replacement or upgrade of locking systems when required.
• Complete job sheets accurately for each site visit and report issues, delays, or customer feedback to the supervisor.
• Follow proper safety procedures during installations and maintain a clean, organized work environment on-site and in company vehicles.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and support colleagues during high-volume periods or complex installations.
