Part‑Time Telemarketers

We are looking for proactive and confident individuals to join our team as Part‑Time Telemarketers at our B2B sales agency ( You’ll play a key role in reaching out to prospects, promoting products and services, and supporting our clients’ business growth.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to introduce and promote products or services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into opportunities.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Communicate effectively with decision‑makers and handle objections professionally.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preferred).

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Goal‑driven, self‑motivated and able to meet targets.

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage.

Able to work minimum 3 months (the longer the better).

Opportunity for full‑time conversion.

Must work on‑site at Bandar Puchong Jaya (LRT accessible).

Details

Salary : RM1,200 – RM1,500 + attractive performance bonus.
