Good communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage. Responsibilities :
- To promote / market OSIM products and services.
- Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
- Responsible in handling all customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.
- To update and maintain customer interaction in the database.
- To assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully.
- To maintain amicable working relationship with business partners and customers.
- To prepare of monthly reports and documentation (if any).
- To demonstrates professional & technical selling skills and good product knowledge in dealing with customers to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
