Reporting Analyst – Support System Migration

About the Role
As a Reporting Analyst you will participate in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis across the company. Your responsibilities include preparing management reporting, analysing performance, managing budgets, supporting board reporting and contributing to company‑wide transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the quarterly management reporting process and challenge the actual performance of projects, vessels, shore bases and departments.
- Deliver quarterly analysis of over / under recoveries by department, SG&A costs, operating costs and headcount variance.
- Load data into reporting tools and review reporting submissions at project, department and consolidated levels.
- Prepare budgets per department or internal project and challenge variances against approved budgets.
- Contribute to the financial sections of quarterly Board of Management reporting.
- Provide ad‑hoc analyses such as simulations, business cases, KPIs and expense analysis.
- Participate in P&L inter‑company reconciliations for consolidation purposes.
- Take part in the three‑year plan process (budget cycle).
- Ensure compliance with internal control (ICOFR) and pursue continuous improvement.
- Participate in the company‑wide transformation programme on reporting information‑system tools and suggest innovative solutions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders during the quarterly closing and budget cycle, providing analysis to the Business Controller and Finance Manager / Director when needed.
- Liaise with external auditors during the year‑end closing.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a relevant postgraduate qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred).2–5 years of experience in an international audit firm or in a senior reporting role.Strong IFRS knowledge.Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.Proficient in IT tools, especially SAP Business Objects and Excel.Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking and ability to work under tight deadlines.Functional Competencies
