Responsibilities Sourcing and scouting suitable candidates through various methods such as job sites or social media etc to fill open positions. To make calls and arrange for interview session. Build relationship and keep candidates informed about their application status. Pre-screen candidates via phone call. Make cold calls to approach candidate for job sharing, introduce or recommend positions to candidates with relevant experience. Achieve monthly individual target & KPI. Other ad-hoc duties as per required from time-to-time. Qualifications Education level Diploma and above in ANY field. Internship experiences in HR / Recruitment Agency / Sales positions is additional point. Fresh Graduates are most welcome!
