Responsible for maintaining office filing and record keeping systems. Maintains databases, records, confidential files and other related information for department needs. Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information. Assist in the department's daily documentations on filing and distribution. To prepare payment for suppliers. To follow-up and update for debts collections. To prepare bank reconciliation statement. To prepare monthly debtor statement. To issue debit note and credit note to customer & supplier. To monitoring daily communication and answering any queries. Handling correspondence with clients and vendors for transaction details. Executing administrative task such as emailing, printing, filing, and running errands. To monitor performance of Account Clerk. To perform other job functions deem necessary by Superior / Management.
