Overview
This role : Technician (AV) at ibis, ibis Styles, ibis budget . We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Audio-Visual (AV) Technician to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for various events and installations.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain audio-visual equipment including projectors, sound systems, video cameras, and display screens
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Install and manage cable systems for optimal performance and neat appearance
- Process and manage audio and video signals to ensure high-quality output
- Collaborate with event organizers and clients to meet their AV requirements
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on AV equipment
- Assist in the design and implementation of AV solutions for various spaces
- Provide technical support during events and presentations
- Keep up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends
- Maintain accurate inventory records of AV equipment and supplies
