Position : Account Executive (Contract) - Accounts Admin

Duration : 2-3 Months

Location : Bangsar

Industry : International F&B Operator

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
  • Previous experience in data entry, accounts management or testing processes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work throughout the entire 2 / 3-month contract.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Input accounting data accurately into the financial system in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper documentation and workflows are followed.
  • Assist in resolving minor discrepancies in accounting data by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Support the Finance team in daily operational tasks, including data entry and reconciliation.
  • Provide general administrative support for finance-related processes.
  • Assist with the implementation of any new systems or software related to accounting and POS.
  • Job Types : Contract, Temporary, Freelance

    Contract length : 3 months

    Pay : RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
