Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Title :  Digital Business Developer

Location : Remote

Employment Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our Client Acquisition Team . In this role, you will play a key part in connecting our trained candidates with hiring companies by driving client outreach, promoting suitable profiles, and supporting delivery operations through our internal systems. This is a fast-paced, multi-functional role that combines communication, analysis, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Outreach & Relationship Building

Initiate contact with potential employers to explore hiring opportunities for our candidates.

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to build and sustain interest.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with talent readiness.

Talent Representation & Delivery

Understand candidate strengths and align them with client job opportunities.

  • Curate and share candidate profiles using internal databases and tools.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of CVs to clients based on role requirements.
  • Data & Reporting

    Use internal dashboards to track outreach, client activity, and candidate placement progress.

  • Generate and maintain reports via the ATS to support visibility and decision-making.
  • Multitasking & Execution Excellence

    Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently across outreach, delivery, and reporting.

  • Maintain high attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all documentation and communication.
  • Requirements

    Requirements :

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Must have sales background
  • Tech savvy, Familiarity with ATS or internal systems is preferred.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, client outreach, or coordination roles is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working on dashboards and interpreting data.
