Overview

Manages production schedules based on product structure, equipment efficiency, material supply, resource availability and volume requirement to meet the demand with optimize quantity and quality.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Package / Line CLIP performance through Improvement Projects.
Set min / max WIP targets by processes and generate reports to assess / manage Line / Package Range Performance.
Lead ramp-up, migration / transfers, start-up, and cost savings projects whereby lots scheduling and machine resources are involved.
Define number of equipment and resources required based on Line / Package Demand.
Drive Cost Improvement Activities in Direct / Indirect Material Consumption.
Lead PR improvement team in bottleneck processes.

Your Profile

Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Business Admin.

Background in Planning Systematic Tools (e.g., Business Object, Cerberus) to derive and analyze planning data.

Background in Excel and PowerPoint to establish daily, weekly and monthly operation and KPI reports.

Background in coordination as required to coordinate improvement projects to meet Line / Package performance.

Some background in Industrial Planning to know equipment UPH and managing bottleneck processes.

Cost background to drive Direct / Indirect Material Cost.
