Locations : Southern / Northern Malaysia | Klang Valley | East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

Working Hours : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Salary & Benefits :

  • Salary Package : RM3,000 – RM9,000 (including allowances)
  • Allowance :

RM700 (within Klang Valley)

  • RM800 (Outstation)
  • RM50 (Toll per trip)
  • Petrol Card : Provided upon confirmation
  • Before confirmation : Claim basis (80 / 20 – Klang Valley | 85 / 15 – Outstation)

  • Company Phone : Provided
  • Commission : Based on sales and collections
  • Travel & Accommodation : Covered for outstation visits
  • Candidate Criteria :

  • Experience Level : Minimum 1–2 years in sales (FMCG, electrical, hardware, retail, or related sectors)
  • Qualification : Minimum Diploma
  • Age : Below 30 years
  • Language : Fluent in Mandarin , English , and Malay (preferred)
  • Ethnicity & Gender Preference : Preferably Chinese or Indian ; Female preferred , but male candidates will be considered
  • Transport : Must have own transport
  • Availability : Must be able to join immediately
  • Mobility : Willing to travel frequently , including outstation trips (3 weeks / month) and work across Klang Valley and East Malaysia
  • Role Summary :

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Retail Sales Executive to manage existing customer accounts and grow sales in the retail electrical segment. This is a field-based role best suited for individuals who enjoy visiting clients, building relationships, and ensuring end-to-end sales coordination.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Regularly visit retail customers to take orders and promote featured products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, resellers, and electricians
  • Ensure timely follow-up on deliveries, payments, and outstanding issues
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Conduct regular outstation trips to assigned territories
  • Meet monthly sales and collection targets
  • Participate in training sessions and product briefings to stay updated
