About the Role

Responsible to ensure AIA's products, services and internal operations / business processes meet the required quality standards Position Objective :

• The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for supervising, inspecting, and recommending improvements to ensure that the organization’s final products meet established quality standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence by identifying gaps, ensuring compliance with procedures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
