Your working environment : Each Resort has several restaurants and bars, event‑based and more intimate, serving our Premium All Inclusive offer. Your qualities (qualifications) :

Sociable – you know how to connect with our guests and build a trusting relationship.
Efficient – you know how to manage priorities and ensure timely service.
Attentive – you ensure each guest receives personalised service.

What you will do (responsibilities) :

Put forward the catering service by creating a personalized relation to the clients (quality of the welcome and the service in the restaurant).

Organise and coordinate your team members by giving them seasonal goals and supervising their attitude and working behaviour based on Club Med standards.

Participate in optimising your service budgets – handling expenses and improving profitability so the service will become a profit source.

Make the restaurant warm and friendly, decorate the restaurant according to evening themes.

Ensure the development of your team members.

Ensure the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures.
