Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Kitchen Chef to join our team at TWOBITEBAKERS SDN BHD in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. As the Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional dining experience for our customers. This is a full-time role that will involve working with other chefs and kitchen staff. Responsibilities

Involve and share ideas in developing and implementing creative and innovative seasonal menu items. Manage and motivate others in the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation and service as a team. Oversee food ordering, inventory management and cost control to maximise profitability. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and food hygiene regulations. Foster a positive, collaborative and efficient working environment in the kitchen. Continuously seek to enhance the cafe\'s culinary offerings and customer experience. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years\' experience as a Cafe Chef / Hot Kitchen Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Good knowledge of local cuisine, and a little of Japanese cuisine food trends. Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Passion for using high-quality, fresh ingredients to create exceptional dishes. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude. Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications. What we offer
