Roles And Responsibilities :

• Work with site QA Team and process owners to ensure relevant employees' awareness of customers' quality requirements and expectation
• Initiate and plan with site QA Team to conduct periodical process and product audit or surveillance
• Activities to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements, quality standards and documented policies and procedures.
• Support site QA Team and process owners pertaining quality issues in driving for effective RCCA.
• Analyze quality performance and liaise with site QA Team and process owners to develop systemic improvement activities as needed.
• Coordinate with site QA Team pertaining to standardization and improvement in QMS.
• Support the Top Management to drive for continuous improvement in quality performance across business units within SAM Malaysia.
• Ensure timely response and effective closure of audit findings.
• Involve in task force team, as and when assigned, to conduct independent investigation when there's escalation / violation against company's policies
