Job Responsibilities | 岗位职责 :

  • Debug, maintain, and repair die-casting machines, trim presses, robots, environmental protection equipment, and power distribution systems.

负责压铸机、切边机、机械手、环保设备及配电系统的调试、维护与修理。

  • Diagnose and resolve hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults to ensure minimum downtime.

    • 快速诊断并解决液压、气动、电气故障,保障设备正常运转。

  • Support the development, installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of new and existing production equipment.

    • 支持新设备开发、安装、调试与预防性保养工作。

  • Operate and maintain equipment in power distribution rooms, wastewater treatment systems, and compressed air systems.

    • 操作并维护配电房、污水池与空压系统等工厂基础设备。

  • Maintain accurate records and comply with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 maintenance documentation requirements.

    • 严格执行设备维修记录,符合ISO / IATF 质量体系文件管理要求。

  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and support continuous improvement (Kaizen / TPM) initiatives.

    • 参与设备异常的根本原因分析与持续改善工作。

    Qualifications | 任职要求 :

  • Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical or related field; age 30–45.

    • 电气、机电一体化、机械等相关专业中专及以上学历,年龄30–45岁。

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and automation equipment.

    • 至少3年液压、电气、机械设备维护维修经验。

  • Must hold a valid Electrician Certificate (PW or equivalent).

    • 持有有效电工证(PW等级或同等资格)。

  • Proficient in hydraulic systems, electrical circuits, sensors, motors, and pneumatics.

    • 熟悉液压系统、电路控制、传感器、马达与气动元件。

  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and English manuals.

    • 能看懂设备技术图纸及英文操作说明书。

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and CMMS systems.

    • 熟练使用Office、CAD及设备管理系统。

  • Good understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality system requirements.

    • 熟悉ISO / IATF质量管理体系的基本要求。

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
