WE’RE HIRING – JUNIOR ACCOUNTING ADMIN

Location : Sungai Besi

Working Hours : Monday – Saturday, 9 : 00AM – 6 : 00PM

Are you detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to grow your career in accounting? Join our dynamic team and gain valuable hands‑on experience!

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting data entry, invoices & receipts
  • Assist with bookkeeping & bank reconciliation
  • Support month‑end closing and basic reporting
  • Maintain proper filing & accounting documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers / customers for payments & documents
  • Perform other admin / accounting tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (0–2 years experience)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Responsible, accurate & willing to learn
  • Language required : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin / Cantonese
  • Nationality preferred : All nationalities

    • Salary & Benefits

    RM 2,200 – RM 2,800 (based on experience)

    EPF & SOSCO provided
