We’re searching for our next Event Rock star! At Success Resources, we’re proud to be the world’s #1 seminar promoter , delivering life-changing events to over 10 million people across 37 countries. Now, we’re looking for a sharp, organised, and passionate Project Executive (Event Department) to help us turn bold visions into unforgettable experiences.

This isn’t your typical events job! You’ll be right in the middle of the action, working on powerhouse programs featuring legendary names like T. Harv Eker, Robert Kiyosaki, and Gary Vee. You’ll have a hand in every stage from meticulous planning and vendor coordination to on-the-ground execution to ensure that every moment wows our participants.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute live and online events from concept to completion.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure everything is on track.
• Liaise with venues, suppliers, and production teams to ensure all logistics are covered.
• Work with internal teams to deliver seamless event operations.
• Be the go-to person on-site for problem-solving and quick decision-making.
• Prepare post-event reports to help us continuously improve.
