Responsibilities & Duties :
- Managing project evaluation & dissemination activities.
- Managing consultancy input within their scope and defined budget.
- Working closely with Marketing & Sales users to ensure the properties development meet business needs requirements.
- Set and continuously manage project expectations with team members and sub-contractors.
- Proactively monitor and assess competitor initiatives, take tactical decisions to counter, protect and enhance the Company's position.
- Review and track progress against revenue and targets; analyse sales / revenue reports; recommend and propose changes to existing plans and operating budgets; implementing approved changes.
- Determine and assess need for additional staff and / or consultants and make the approriate recruitments if necessary during each project cycle.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones and track it.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project cycle.
- Work closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure client / contractual needs and expectations are communicated to achieve positive results.
- Liaise with relevant authorities or government body to ensure timely approval deem suited for implementation progress set by the Management.

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.Experience :
Minimum 10 years of experience in property development, construction or consultancy company.Strong business acumen and practical skills in strategic thinking, organizing, analysis, problem solving and communicationLeadership, dedication, perseverance, decisiveness and strong integrity.Experience in handling sizeable and premium residential projects is preferred.Excellent organizational skillsAble to demonstarte initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasksGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.Able to build good relationship at all levels, internally and externally.Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times.
