Marketing Communications Associate

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Marketing & Communication : Develop and implement integrated marketing, communication, social media and content strategies depending on the client’s needs and objectives.
• Concept Development
• Brainstorm and pitch innovative ideas for campaigns, taglines, and social media content strategies.
• Work closely with creative and account teams to translate client briefs into impactful messaging.
• Content Development : Craft compelling content for social media, articles, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing collaterals. Collaborate with designers and creative teams to align visuals with written content.
• Editing and Proofreading
• Review and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and grammatical excellence.
• Adapt copy based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business goals and client objectives.
• Client Communication : Collaborate closely with account managers / clients to align messaging with client expectations and deliver seamless communication strategies.
• Social Media & Digital Presence : Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community management, and performance analytics.
• Market Research : Analyse industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Proposal Involvement
• Involve in providing proposed social media strategy, content and copywriting that are relevant to the proposals.
• Research industry trends and competitors to strengthen proposals on social media content and tailor responses to client needs.
• Brand Management & Alignment : Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints and maintain brand guidelines. Maintain brand voice consistency of social media materials for different clients.
• Reporting & Analysis : Track key performance metrics, produce regular reports, and recommend optimizations for ongoing improvement.
