Collaborate with team members and vendors to design and develop the Back Office Application System, adhering to ITG in-house standards and procedures.

Conduct program VIT / SIT / UAT testing.

Prepare technical documentation.

Manage ITH, IR, ACR, and project tasks to ensure timely delivery

Support, troubleshoot, and maintain the Back Office Application System.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years in IT system development (preferably in Financial Service / Banking Institution industry)

Experience in system integration : SOAP, Restful API in Json / XML content.

Familiar with web application tools / technologies tools : MSSQL Management Studio, Microsoft Visual Studio, Postman.

Skills

Proficiency in Java, C# and PHP programming and skillset

Ability to perform system development.

Ability to do troubleshooting and error correction with minimum supervision.

Communication skill is required so that can deliver opinions / views and solutions clearly to peers, superiors, and users.

Able to work with minimum supervision and independence.
